Endocrinology Plus is our most comprehensive single endocrine panel. It suits adults navigating perimenopause or menopause, men with complex hormone symptoms, anyone over 45 wanting a deeper baseline, or people whose initial hormone panel raised questions that need a fuller view.
The panel adapts to your biological sex with the relevant reference ranges. Female testing uses the female reference ranges for sex hormones; male testing uses the male reference ranges. You select biological sex at checkout so the lab applies the correct interpretation.
Fasting is not strictly required for hormones, but morning testing on day 3 of the cycle (where applicable) and good hydration give the most reliable readings. Your booking confirmation will give specific instructions.
