How booking works

How you book your appointment depends on which clinic you choose:

Booking at our Chxhealth clinic in Lanchester

You'll book your appointment slot during checkout — pick a date and time before you pay, and your visit is locked in immediately. You'll receive an order confirmation by email with all your appointment details.

Booking at a partnered clinic (anywhere else in the UK or Ireland)

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email straight away. A separate booking email then follows from our team with available appointment slots at the partnered clinic near you. These booking emails are issued during business hours, so the timing depends on when you order:

  • Order Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm → your booking email usually arrives the same working day.
  • Order outside business hours (evenings or weekends) → your booking email will arrive on the next working day.
